Hello, fellow Northlanders, Kansas City neighbors, and Mac Kid friends! I am so excited to introduce myself to you. My name is Laura Seidel, your new Macaroni Kid Northland Kansas City Publisher, taking over for Jamie who leaves some amazingly big shoes to fill! I already love to seek out and find fun and unique events happening around town, so this seems like a good fit for me.
I moved to the area a little less than two years ago after growing up in Florida and living in the Northeast and California. I look forward to continuing to explore with my almost-five-year-old daughter and now share with you all the great activities and opportunities our terrific community has to offer. I may not be the best cook or crafter or know yet the best place for KC BBQ, but I do enjoy discovering recipes and projects to try and places of interest to checkout. Here's to many good times together ahead of us!
